Yōseijutsu - 養成術
Yōseijutsu is a practice for the development of the Spirit, Energy and Body (Shinkitai, 心気体) which is aimed at people wishing to develop these three complementary and inseparable aspects with a program adapted to the needs of all.



What will you learn ?
When practicing Yōseijutsu:
You will tone your muscles through plyometric exercises with body weight (Taisō, 体操)
You will release your energy by practicing breathing, isometric postural and flexibility exercises ( Kikō, 気功) , but also by learning massages (Anma, 按摩)
You will free yourself from mental tensions by doing meditative exercises while sitting, standing or walking (Mokusō, 黙想)
